So if your kid is going to the University of Pennsylvania,

you're helping pay the salary for this clown.
“First they shootin us in the streets, and then they taking all the video awards for sorry songs y’all.”
...
“God ain’t good all of the time,” Butler had declared. “In fact, sometimes, God is not for us. As a black woman in an [sic] nation that has taken too many pains to remind me that I am not a white man, and am not capable of taking care of my reproductive rights, or my voting rights, I know that this American god ain’t my god.”

“Whatever makes them protected, safe, and secure, is worth it at the expense of the black and brown people they fear,” the religious studies professor also raged. “Their god is the god that wants to erase race.”
Associate professor of religious studies.  Wonderful.

Speaking of education,
The United Federation of Teachers, the New York City branch of the American Federation of Teachers, has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to rule that teachers — and teachers alone — have the authority to make lesson plans for children in taxpayer-funded public schools.
This is headed by the asshat who was threatening anyone who stands against Common Core; not only does he want that, he wants no oversight of what his minions are up to.

My daughter in law who grew up in the church and is from a very religious family majored in "religious studies" in college.

She's now agnostic, bordering on atheistic.

Nothing like 4 years of indoctrination by liberal "academics" to shake your faith.

BTW: She now works as a secretary at a law firm and moonlights waiting tables. I've never asked her if she feels she got her money's worth from her "education". Maybe I should.
